Little Girl Bracelet

Over the past few months I have been buying beads to make 90 watch bands for a Relief Society activity. I have also made quite a few of them right in my house. It took a lot of time, a lot of stores, and a one big little helper.

She BEGGED and BEGGED and BEGGED for a watch of her own, but I told her we could see what beads were left over from the activity and could make her something from them.

Well, she was one patient little girl who finally got her bracelet. (I told her she couldn't have a watch face until she can tell time.) We put out the beads in trays and she picked out the ones she wanted.

It turned out fun, bright, and pretty. The perfect little bracelet for a fun loving little girl.

Beaded Watch Bands

For a Relief Society Activity in April, we are going to be making the trendy beaded watch bands for mother's day gifts. I have been gathering beads from different stores for the past few weeks. I ordered the watch faces from HHH Enterprises. To my delight, the watch faces showed up the day I took my sewing machine into be fixed. So I had something fun to do this week. These are the examples of watches that I came up with. We are going to be offering them for about $12 each.
