My two year old wanted to be Princess Belle for Halloween. She also decided that her little sister should be Cinderella. We bought the Belle dress and I made the Cinderella dress from left over fabric I had from High School prom dresses. I used a pattern for the bodice (so I got the right size) and just made up the rest of the dress as I went along. I think it turned out great.
